Date / Time: 1 July 2016 / 7.45 pm to 9.30 pm

Venue: St Joseph’s Church, Victoria Street, Conference Room

Considered by many to be the most controversial moral teaching of the Catholic Church today. Come and learn what is the significance of this teaching and how its rejection laid the basis for the gender ideology and the sexual revolution that engulfed the world. Pope St John Paul II described his Theology of the Body as the explanation and the defence of the teaching in Humanae Vitae. Pope Francis in Amoris Laetitia said that that is the only true way to live sexuality in the conjugal union.

Speaker: Andrew Kong, BSc, LLB, JCL

Andrew has been giving presentations on St John Paul II’s Theology of the Body (TOB) in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Macau and Shanghai for the past several years.

A magna cum laude graduate of the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome with a Licentiate in Canon Law, he also holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science degree. Andrew also has also a certificate in the Practice & Principles in Counseling.
