The Bible Alone Theory, 23 June 2017

Early Christians had no Bible, so why do some Christians today say that everything about the Christian faith has to be found only in the Bible alone and no where else? Come to understand how the Bible was formed in history, and its role in the Christian faith and our life. Learn how our Lord Jesus Christ gave us Tradition and the Magisterium, and how the Church He founded lives on to carry out His mission with His mandate.

Miraculous Image of the Holy Face, 16 June 17

Come and hear about the Holy Face of Manopello, Italy where in a chapel of St Michael Archangel, lies the Sanctuary of the Holy Face. This chapel was raised to a Papal Basilica by Pope Benedict in 2006 just two weeks after his pilgrimage to the Sanctuary. In the Basilica is the original Veronica (True Icon) Veil that the Church has venerated for centuries.

While almost all have heard of the Shroud of Turin, Italy, little is known of this most remarkable relic, which bears the Holy Face of Jesus Christ, and was once venerated as the Veronica (The True (vera) Icon (nica), or the Veil of Veronica.
